Going to Florida! Kay, bye!
The first two images are what's seen on the closed package, the next three are the panels of the insert I was given to design, the next two are my own ideas for what should be printed on the CD.
You can listen to them here.
They are brilliant.
I'm triple-booked for today, if not more. Why do I keep letting this happen? I feel like I'm having too much fun and I'm probably right.
My friend Andrew whom I haven't seen in two years is coming up here and staying with me for a few days, then I have some free time to kill, then I'm going to Florida for my great aunt Doris' 75th birthday, then I'm seeing Lyndsey for a week, then Ashley and Brad are staying here at some point, then back to class. I wish things could be settled down more so I could get a job or something, but I knew in the beginning of Summer that it would just be impossible.
So apparently someone decided to kick Chris and I out of Epic Fail (my band) and replace us with the old vocalist who was a total dick. They've been practicing constantly, while the two remaining failures were telling Chris and myself that they can't have practice, too busy, vacations, etc. I don't get it. I wouldn't mind it so much if I didn't know that Kegan is undoubtedly using either Chris' or my own amp to play.
Chris is going back to playing drums and we're starting another band that's just kind of really fast and heavy punk music in the vein of Ampere and Transistor Transistor. I'm actually really happy about this, I have a lot of material for it written already, including possible lyrics. This alone makes it work better than Epic Fail did, because we couldn't come up with anything.
We were planning on practicing Saturday, but both of our amps are at Mike's house, and he is on vacation. AWESOME.
I fucking hate kids.
